OBJECTIVE
(WETATi Academy) Career Opportunity Pipeline with Corporate Strategic Partners is a career pathway created to prepare students to be mentally and practically ready to transition from the classroom to the twenty-first century workforce.
WETATi Academy Career Opportunity Pipeline is an employment pathway for WETATi Academy students and WETATi Academy Corporate Strategic Partners. WETATi Academy bridges the economic gap and serves as an active stakeholder by facilitating this Career Opportunity Pipeline to give our students and Corporate Strategic Partners a platform to connect and leverage each other. These opportunities increase corporate engagement, apprenticeships, internships, recruitment of undiscovered up and coming talent, mentorships, fellowships, and potential employment of WETATi Academy students, from low- to-moderate income households, who have completed the WETATi Academy Academy certification training. This partnership will be mutually beneficial for We’re Empowered To Achieve The impossible (WETATi Academy), WETATi Academy Corporate Strategic Partners, and our WETATi Academy students.
Each participating active WETATi Academy Corporate Strategic Partner will have access to connect, give back, and intentionally impact and influence the communities in which they serve based on their chosen WETATi Academy Corporate Strategic Partners’ membership level. By choosing to partner with WETATi Academy, each WETATi Academy Corporate Strategic Partner will philanthropically help our students change their economic narratives. This curated network helps connect students’ who have been trained and vetted through WETATi Academy experiential education, giving our strategic partners a competitive edge in the workforce.
HISTORY
Over the years, WETATi Academy has been approached by students seeking assistance and CONNECTION with our strategic corporate partners for career, internship, apprenticeship, and mentorship opportunities with our corporate partners, who are equally seeking to be connected to the students for a mutually leverageable opportunities.
Many students in low-to-moderate-income communities, graduate from classroom education with no formal internship experience or experiential apprenticeship, career or job opportunities. In response to this need, WETATi Academy created this pipeline opportunity to challenge our strategic partners to pay it forward by increasing their access to employment opportunities, internships, mentorship, business entrepreneurship ventures, and building intergenerational wealth. Hence the (WETATi Academy) Career Opportunity Pipeline with Corporate Strategic Partners -Transitioning from classroom to corporate- creating the CONNECTION between our students and our strategic corporate Partners was born.

PARTNERSHIP ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS:
