It will be filled with lots of fun, love, and an amazing evening of various exciting activities that will touch and warm your heart. You will be inspired by meeting and hearing from our gala keynoter and awardees, Julia Glanz, amongst others, as we celebrate with, recognize and award different groups of those who have achieved the impossible. One of our main awards’ highlights is watching the reaction and excitement of the 2024 Dureke iDEA pitch competition winners and scholarship awards recipients as they get recognized and awarded; in addition to the ‘Above and beyond’ and the community and international leaders who are making a difference and achieving the impossible recognized and awarded simultaneously. Bring out your best gala attire because this is an evening of history making and a Star-Studded Event, with the who-is-who of the WETATi Academy community and beyond that would be present. Come meet amazing and inspiring people from all over America and internationally. All are welcome to come and photograph on our signature WETATiwood red carpet, eat, drink, and dance to some current afrobeat music with a live DJ. And most of all witness the winners and honorees that will be awarded. Enjoy the full course meal over current and relevant latest Afrobeat and some oldies too over the friendliest atmosphere you have ever been in.
