Overview

Students will engage in a 6-week series on Entrepreneurship that shows students how to turn their interests into income opportunities and their economic narratives to include not just being a part of the workforce but also being entrepreneurs and job creators. Students will achieve this by learning the basics of entrepreneurship and how to start a money-making business. By leveraging the Maryland State Standards for English Language Arts and Mathematics, this course provides hands-on entrepreneurial experience that culminates in the 2022 WETATi Entrepreneurship Convention and iDEA Pitch Competition.
