Thanks for your interest in becoming a Corporate or Government Agency Exhibitor for the WETATi Academy Convention and Idea Pitch Competition, and the Scholarship & Awards Gala! The audience may include educators, middle and high school students, college and university students, millennials, government officials, members of foreign diplomatic corps, business community leaders, WETATi Academy strategic partners, sponsors, corporate professionals, faith-based community leaders, healthcare professionals, volunteers, and many others.

EXHIBITOR BOOTH DETAILS
- Sign Up available January 1- May 24th: Total of 20 virtual booths available. Only 7 booths remain. First come, first served!
- Saturday, June 10th: A dedicated Webex Breakout Session will be available for one hour. Exhibitor staff can interface with booth visitors using video and audi and can also share their screen to present information via video, slides, or documents as desired. In addition, information about the Exhibitor’s booth will be included in the event slide show.
- Saturday June 10th & June 17th: Corporate advertisements of ONLY THOSE EXHIBITORS PURCHASING THE TWO-DAY PACKAGE will be displayed in the event slideshow, and their company logos will be included on other slides, on the event webpage, and in the digital event booklet.
- Company logo will be included in the event promotions digital booklet (500+ attendees at the Convention and iDEA PITCH Competition; and 300+ attendees at the Scholarship and Awards Gala).
Corporate Exhibitor: One Day – $575 + processing fee**
Corporate Exhibitor: Both Days – $750 + processing fee**
Government Agency & Nonprofit Exhibitor Booth – One Day – $450
**The processing fee will be shown as “Shipping & Handling” on the invoice!
Virtual Exhibitor Booths: Exhibitors should check in 30 to 60 minutes before the event start time to do an audio/video check. They are encouraged to stay connected and enjoy the event until the end.
WETATi Academy Corporate Member exhibitions are COMPLIMENTARY, up to 4 times a year including the Annual Convention; but you must inquire and register in advance; space is first come, first served. Email us at info@wetatiacademy.org if you are a Corporate Annual Member (at the Empowered 2 Achieve The impossible, to WETATi Academy Power membership level) in good standing and intend to have a booth. Please note that by attending this convention and Gala, or any other event hosted by WETATi Academy, you give consent to WETATi Academy, its agents and other associates and partners to photograph, film, videotape, and then reproduce and use on websites, in social media, publish in advertising, commercials and/or for any other purposes without further notification. WETATi Academy reserves the right to use these photographs, films, and videotapes from these events in any legal manner as WETATi Academy may see fit, with or without further communication with you or any other parties, and you release WETATi Academy and its agents, successors, assignees and licensees from any liability pursuant to this subject matter in consideration for attending.
