SA-TECH INC. Workforce Development
Whether students aim to own their own businesses or build a career working for established organizations, it is likely that at some point, students will be members of the workforce. WETATi Academy aim of the Work Force Development program partnered with a local and global company, Systems Application & Technologies, Inc. (SA-TECH), to prepare students to succeed in the 21st century workforce and expand and expose students to experiential activities in work force development.
In 2017 Mr. Tim Adams, President & CEO of SA-TECH INC. became a strategic partner and patron of WETATi Academy on Work Force Development for the next generation; while still young and in school. Tim Adams, Founder, President and CEO of SA-TECH INC. is a philanthropist, business mogul, community and visionary leader, whose business success impact is global. In 2019, during the WETATi Academy Annual Anne Reese Carswell Scholarship & Awards Gala, WETATi Academy officially named the Workforce arm of our program in the honor of SA-TECH because of Mr. Adams dedication and commitment in supporting our organization’s mission and vision. SA-TECH INC. is a strategic partner with WETATi Academy on Work Force Development for the next generation in helping them succeed in the work force in the 21st century. The Wall Street Journal has reported that 92% of employers reported looking for soft skills as well as technical skills in employees, but that 89% of employers had a difficult time finding such employees. By leveraging the Maryland State Standards for English Language Arts, WETATi Academy ensures students have the soft skills needed for success.
